Description

Engineered for large engine applications, RC catalytic converter reactors are carefully designed and optimized to meet your specific project specifications, including fuel type, engine raw emissions and opacity, post catalyst emissions targets, duty cycle, exhaust gas temperature, pressure drop limit, lube oil specifications, maintenance schedule, welding code requirements, and integration with other exhaust system components.  Targeted emissions can include NOx, CO, non-methane hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds, total hydrocarbons, formaldehydes and particulates.

Applications

Typically used in large lean burn natural gas or diesel stationary engines for gas compression, power generation, co-generation, fluid pumping and refrigeration.
